Craig Sheffer plays a witness to a murder. The accused killer is convicted largely on the strength of Sheffer's testomony. Well, it turns out that they convicted the wrong guy! Sheffer sees the real killer on the street, and the race is on, so to speak. Brigitte and Sheffer go on a hunt for the "real" killer, who is played by Costas Mandylor. There are enough twists and turns and sufficient action to keep the viewer interested, although the first half of the film is better that the second half. Camera work and production values on this film are quite good. And Brigitte looks really great in all of her scenes. This is one of the better Brigitte Bako action thrillers.
I liked Double Take quite a bit. Call it 8.5 out of 10. Double Take has an "R" rating.
